Student Troupe

Troupe Salamat is proud to announce the formation of their first student troupe, Sisters of Salamat!

The student troupe is comprised of selected members from the Belly Basics 2 class who are ready and willing to test out their belly dance skills in a safe group environment.

Members of the student troupe will be able to dance at haflas and selected specialty pieces at community events with Troupe Salamat. At least one principal dancer of Troupe Salamat will perform with the Sisters of Salamat to provide guidance.

Requirements

• Regular attendance at the Belly Basics 2 class and rehearsals
• Basic knowledge and skill of Salamat group movement, step work and combos
• Ability to work well in a group
• Approved by Terri, Director of Troupe Salamat
